Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations in skincare, cosmetics, and wellness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to ensure consistent service standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems.
- Passion for health, beauty, and personal care products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
