Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
- Lead daily store operations including cash management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, service standards, and store procedures
- Execute promotional campaigns and upselling strategies to achieve sales targets
- Process complex customer returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments
- Collaborate with store management to implement operational improvements
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and loss prevention protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 2+ years retail/customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong knowledge of health, beauty, and wellness products preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Malaysian work permit and clean police clearance certificate
