Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through personalized product recommendations and issue resolution
  • Lead daily store operations including cash management, inventory checks, and visual merchandising
  • Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, service standards, and store procedures
  • Execute promotional campaigns and upselling strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Process complex customer returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments
  • Collaborate with store management to implement operational improvements
  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and loss prevention protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 2+ years retail/customer service experience
  • Proven ability to manage customer escalations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong knowledge of health, beauty, and wellness products preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Valid Malaysian work permit and clean police clearance certificate
