As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will lead by example, assisting with complex customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and driving sales through exceptional service standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional, high-quality customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Assist in driving sales targets through product recommendations, promotions, and up-selling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and personal care items.
  • Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to ensure consistent service standards across the floor.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to improve operational workflows and customer engagement strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights for stock replenishment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
