Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering expert product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to enhance customer retention.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the health and beauty sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate about staying updated on the latest health and beauty trends.
