Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to all Watsons customers.
- Offer expert advice on health, wellness, and beauty product lines to drive sales.
- Ensure store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandise stocking are maintained to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback effectively.
- Support store inventory management, including stock counts and replenishments.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and ongoing promotional campaigns to customers.
- Guide and supervise junior store staff to ensure operational efficiency and team morale.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the pharmacy, beauty, or retail sector is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a genuine interest in health and beauty trends.
