Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product advice and recommendations to customers regarding health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Lead daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment disputes with professionalism.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales targets, actively contributing to achieving store KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness trends.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent command of Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with retail technology/POS systems.
