Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in customer service with safety or technical industry experience
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Strong knowledge of fire safety systems or willingness to obtain certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
