Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver world-class customer service while maintaining high standards of specialty coffee preparation.
  • Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Maintain equipment performance and ensure rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace.
  • Mentor junior baristas by sharing knowledge on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing techniques.
  • Proactively engage with customers to educate them on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and the Bettr Barista mission.
  • Monitor quality control across all beverage offerings to ensure consistency in every cup served.
  • Handle customer feedback gracefully and resolve operational challenges with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume specialty coffee environment.
  • Strong understanding of coffee science, including extraction variables and latte art proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Passionate about social impact and aligning with organizational core values.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to operational maintenance.
