- Handle billing reconciliation and data integrity tasks using Excel and SQL

- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure order accuracy

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer service, order management, or operations role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Experience with CRM or order management systems preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes a plus
