Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications from patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and hospital policies
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing service quality
- Adhere to all healthcare privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in healthcare, business administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or contact centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with challenging situations
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and Singapore's healthcare system is an advantage
