Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for key accounts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
