Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries related to shipping, logistics, and booking processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and shipments
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide timely updates on shipment status and resolve any delays or issues that may arise
- Train and mentor junior customer service staff on best practices and company procedures
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for key accounts
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures is highly advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
