In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our operational teams, ensuring that air freight shipments are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Working at our TT3 Soho Commercial hub, you will manage end-to-end customer inquiries, coordinate complex shipping schedules, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding air freight shipments, rates, and scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations and shipping departments to ensure the seamless flow of goods and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including air waybills, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently, working with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, shipments, and operational data in the company CRM system.
  • Liaise with overseas agents and partners to ensure cross-border logistics run smoothly.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Air Freight or Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of air freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
