Working at our TT3 Soho Commercial hub, you will manage end-to-end customer inquiries, coordinate complex shipping schedules, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding air freight shipments, rates, and scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and shipping departments to ensure the seamless flow of goods and timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including air waybills, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently, working with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, shipments, and operational data in the company CRM system.
- Liaise with overseas agents and partners to ensure cross-border logistics run smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Air Freight or Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of air freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
