Are you an expert in cyber threat intelligence looking to shape the security posture of the financial sector? The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a Senior Cyber/Cyber Risk Surveillance Analyst to join our team at the heart of Singapore's financial hub. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of identifying emerging cyber threats, analyzing systemic risks, and driving resilience initiatives that safeguard the integrity of our financial ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role in monitoring the threat landscape, conducting rigorous assessments of financial institutions, and collaborating with industry partners to fortify defenses against sophisticated cyber attacks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive cyber threat assessments to identify systemic risks across the financial sector.
- Monitor and analyze real-time cyber intelligence feeds to identify emerging trends, vulnerabilities, and threat actors.
- Develop and maintain surveillance frameworks to ensure financial institutions adhere to MAS cyber resilience guidelines.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and audits of critical information infrastructure within the financial industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external government agencies to share intelligence and improve incident response coordination.
- Drive strategic projects aimed at enhancing the overall cyber posture and resilience of the Singaporean financial sector.
- Provide expert advisory to senior management on emerging cyber risk mitigation strategies and policy developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, risk assessment, or security operations (SOC).
- Strong understanding of financial sector regulatory frameworks and MAS technology risk management guidelines.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GCIH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical data into strategic insights for policy-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into actionable business and security recommendations.
