We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cyber / Cyber Risk Surveillance Analyst to join our dedicated Cyber Security team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring the cyber threat landscape, conducting deep-dive risk assessments, and developing robust surveillance frameworks to safeguard the financial sector.
As a key member of the team, you will analyze complex cyber threats, identify emerging vulnerabilities, and collaborate with financial institutions to enhance their cyber resilience posture. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the continuous monitoring of the cyber threat landscape to identify emerging risks and attack vectors targeting the financial sector.
- Conduct in-depth cyber risk assessments and surveillance analysis to evaluate the resilience of critical financial infrastructure and institutions.
- Develop and enhance risk surveillance frameworks, methodologies, and tools to proactively detect and mitigate potential cyber threats.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financial entities to share threat intelligence and strengthen collective cyber defenses.
- Prepare high-quality analytical reports, briefs, and presentations for senior management and policy makers on cyber risk trends and incidents.
- Participate in national and international cyber security exercises and drills to test and improve incident response capabilities.
- Provide expert advice on cyber risk management policies, standards, and best practices to promote a robust security culture across the financial sector.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall uplift of cyber surveillance competencies within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, risk analysis, or surveillance within a bank, financial regulator, or large-scale IT environment.
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including payment systems, digital banking, and capital markets technology infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using threat intelligence platforms (e.g., MISP, ThreatConnect), SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), and data analytics techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information into actionable insights.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GCTI, or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are strongly preferred; ability to obtain security clearance is required.
