- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture and governance frameworks
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security controls are effectively integrated into systems and applications
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory developments
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Conduct security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior consulting role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT
- Experience with security architecture design and implementation
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
