The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a high-caliber Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join us on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and governing robust enterprise security architectures that safeguard critical financial infrastructure against sophisticated evolving threats.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise security architecture frameworks tailored to the MAS environment.
- Lead the design and implementation of security controls for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises financial systems.
- Conduct deep-dive security assessments of complex architecture patterns and provide strategic remediation advice.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure security standards align with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
- Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles across the organization’s network and application layers.
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and assess their feasibility for institutional implementation.
- Provide expert technical leadership during security incidents and architectural review boards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years specifically in a Security Architect or lead consultant capacity.
- Expertise in industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA (SCF), or vendor-specific cloud architecture certifications (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of designing security for high-availability enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services sector or working with MAS regulatory guidelines is highly preferred.
