Tanggung Jawab
- Lead vulnerability management programs, including identification, prioritization, and remediation of security weaknesses
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing on internal and external systems to identify potential attack vectors
- Perform advanced risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for security improvements
- Develop and maintain offensive security testing methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices and security-by-design principles
- Stay current with emerging threats and offensive security techniques to ensure our defenses remain effective
- Document findings and provide detailed reports on security vulnerabilities and remediation plans
- Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to the development of the cybersecurity team's capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on offensive security
- Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or CISM
- Extensive experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, system architectures, and common vulnerabilities
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and vulnerability management processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
