- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical models to support regional business objectives.
- Develop and maintain automated BI dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and governance by optimizing SQL queries and data warehouse structures.
- Present complex analytical findings to senior leadership through compelling data storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior analysts to foster a high-performing data culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within a regional or multinational context.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical modeling and data automation.
- Proven track record of building sophisticated visualizations in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), AWS, or Snowflake.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
