- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into data solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance metrics
- Present complex findings to executive leadership through clear, impactful visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and statistical programming (Python/R)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
