Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and automated reports to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business problems into analytical projects to support decision-making across departments.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient data pipeline performance.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure organizational knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement through data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
