Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives including dashboard development, KPI monitoring, and ad-hoc analysis
- Conduct comprehensive business-domain analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Design and implement data collection frameworks ensuring upstream data quality and relevance
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders across all levels
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for real-time business intelligence
- mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven dashboard development
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical analysis and business intelligence methodologies
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of driving business decisions through data insights
