Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex data analysis projects to uncover actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools) to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and modeling to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Forecast trends and analyze market data to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Present findings and data stories to management teams in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw logical conclusions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
