Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL processes to support enterprise reporting needs
- Conduct deep-dive analysis using SQL, Python/R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights
- Develop and automate performance monitoring systems to track KPIs and business metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing complex queries for large datasets
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R with statistical modeling capabilities
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and business acumen
