In this pivotal role, you will assume responsibility as a key data analyst, assisting the Data Management Head in managing incoming requests across Project Support, URS (User Requirements Specification), and BAU (Business As Usual) fixes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Data Management Head with incoming project support requests and BAU fixes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems and databases.
- Support the URS process by providing data-driven recommendations and validation.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
