Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain advanced data models and interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization and guest retention.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders from hotel operations, marketing, and finance to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting datasets.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimental design to improve marketing campaigns and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends in data analytics and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for advanced data processing and statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical audiences.
