We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our dynamic FP&A Hub APAC team in Kuala Lumpur. As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies that support executive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that streamline reporting and enhance forecasting accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of financial and operational data to drive strategic decision-making within the APAC region.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform variance analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all business intelligence systems and databases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
