Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
- Create and optimize data models to support analytical reporting and business intelligence needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure
- Document data processes, methodologies, and best practices for knowledge sharing and team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data manipulation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
