Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain advanced data models to support clinical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with clinicians and hospital stakeholders to define data requirements and project objectives.
- Design and implement AI-driven predictive analytics solutions to improve hospital operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure high-quality analytical outputs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to present complex data insights to non-technical hospital leadership.
- Support clinical research initiatives through sophisticated statistical analysis and data mining.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI algorithms, ensuring clinical accuracy and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and medical privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
