Are you a data-driven storyteller with a passion for hyper-growth environments? Foodpanda is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our regional team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable marketing strategy across 16 dynamic markets.
You will play a key role in shaping our customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. By leveraging advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation, you will empower our marketing leads to make evidence-based decisions that drive efficiency and scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs across 16 regional markets.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance to optimize CAC and LTV metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B testing frameworks for marketing initiatives.
- Build predictive models for customer churn and lifetime value to inform loyalty strategies.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end data reporting pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing channels.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support regional marketing launches and localized promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or data science, preferably within e-commerce or tech.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong experience with statistical programming languages (Python or R) for advanced data analysis.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing attribution models and marketing funnel analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
