Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using Power BI and Excel
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Create interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data systems and applications
- Optimize data collection procedures and implement improvements in data storage and processing
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with demonstrated Power Apps development skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-200) is highly desirable
