Join Turner & Townsend as a Senior Data Analytics Consultant and become a key driver in transforming data into strategic insights for our real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Dataiku and Tableau to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll implement robust data solutions that optimize property performance, identify investment opportunities, and mitigate risks in our diverse real estate assets.
As part of our dynamic analytics team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate complex findings in a clear, compelling manner. Your work will directly impact portfolio valuation, asset management strategies, and client engagement, positioning Turner & Townsend at the forefront of data-driven real estate solutions in the Singapore market and beyond.

- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using Dataiku and Tableau to support real estate portfolio decision-making
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the real estate market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Maintain and enhance data models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients, influencing strategic decisions
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our data capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, with specific focus on real estate or property portfolio management
- Expert proficiency in Dataiku and Tableau, with experience in building complex analytical solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and compelling visualizations
- Experience with real estate data sources, market analysis, and portfolio valuation methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
