Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data strategies using Microsoft Data Fabric and modern cloud architectures.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy data environments to scalable, cloud-native frameworks.
- Establish enterprise-wide data governance, security, and quality standards to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
- Design high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines and automated workflows to support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive performance tuning and capacity planning for enterprise data systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or a similar leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and SQL Server.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and distributed computing technologies.
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining large-scale data warehouses and data lakes.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling methodologies (Star Schema, Data Vault, etc.) and master data management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Data Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
