Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical infrastructure, including chillers, pumps, and air handling units.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for critical facility systems to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Equinix operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage capital projects, renovations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and data analytics to drive efficiency improvements and reduce energy consumption.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate with vendors for timely repairs and replacements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical facilities engineering, specifically within data centers or large-scale commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and electrical distribution.
- Proven experience in managing BMS (Building Management Systems) and emergency power systems.
- Valid certifications such as CFC (Certified Facility Manager) or equivalent professional engineering licenses are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
