We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Customer Operations Engineer to join our team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for our customers, executing and guiding complex operational activities within our mission-critical data centers. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex physical infrastructure tasks, including structured cabling, power distribution, and rack and stack operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support for their mission-critical deployments.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Maintenance, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to the operations team.
- Document all operational activities, configurations, and customer interactions accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure management, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of data center standards, including TIA/EIA cabling standards and electrical distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in using operational tools and systems for tracking tasks and inventory.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
