- Design, deploy, and optimize high-availability data center network infrastructure
- Implement robust network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Lead network virtualization and SDN initiatives for scalability
- Proactively monitor network performance and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure modernization
- Document network architectures and create operational runbooks
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in data center networking with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper switching, routing, and load balancing
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Certifications (CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE) or equivalent expertise
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Proven track record in complex troubleshooting and project delivery
