Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-lifecycle hardware management, including racking, stacking, cabling, and power provisioning for new deployments.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and hardware repairs, including component replacement for servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment.
- Manage the end-to-end decommissioning of legacy hardware, ensuring proper data sanitation and asset tracking compliance.
- Conduct regular physical site inspections to monitor environmental conditions, such as cooling, power consumption, and humidity levels.
- Maintain high-accuracy asset inventory records and documentation using Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, security, and network engineering, to execute planned maintenance and emergency incident responses.
- Enforce strict safety, security, and quality standards to ensure adherence to global data center compliance protocols.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior technicians and assist in developing operational best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a mission-critical or enterprise-scale data center environment.
- Proven expertise in structured cabling (fiber/copper), cable management, and labelling standards (ANSI/TIA).
- In-depth knowledge of server hardware architecture, including BIOS/firmware updates and RAID configurations.
- Strong understanding of electrical power systems (UPS, PDUs) and cooling infrastructure (CRAC/CRAH).
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and DCIM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting heavy equipment, and a willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
