Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ingestion processes using modern big data technologies.
- Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions to support high-performance reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Product Managers, to define data requirements and delivery standards.
- Implement data quality frameworks and automated monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracy across all platforms.
- Drive the transition towards cloud-native data architectures to improve latency and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data modeling, CI/CD, and system design.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and transformation processes to meet performance SLAs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or software engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
- Proven experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
