Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
- Architect secure and performant data lakes and warehouse solutions adhering to healthcare data compliance standards (HIPAA/PHI).
- Optimize existing data architecture for performance, cost, and reliability in a complex cloud ecosystem.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable advanced analytics and machine learning modeling.
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all data flows.
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for data modeling and CI/CD for data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data production environments to ensure 99.9% uptime and data availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or Cloud Data Architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency with Azure cloud services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks, ADLS Gen2).
- Advanced SQL coding skills and experience with big data processing (Spark, Python/PySpark).
- Deep experience with data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas) and ETL/ELT patterns.
- Prior experience within the healthcare domain or handling sensitive medical data is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid global team.
