Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions.
- Optimize data architecture for performance, cost, and scalability, leveraging cloud-native services.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Manage and administer data storage systems including data lakes, warehouses, and relational databases.
- Document data systems, processes, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend enhancements to our data infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade data pipelines.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Scala or Java being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Dataflow).
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
