Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intelligent reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all enterprise data ecosystems.
- Optimize existing data warehouse structures and implement new storage architectures for improved latency.
- Mentor junior data engineers and champion best practices in CI/CD, version control, and data modeling.
- Automate data processing workflows to reduce manual overhead and improve system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and provide root cause analysis for production incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or software development.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language like Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Flink).
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
