In this role, you will be the architect of our data infrastructure, transforming raw information into trusted business insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support business requirements.
- Architect data warehouses and lakes that ensure data quality, accessibility, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define data-driven solutions for business optimization.
- Perform complex data analysis and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Implement CI/CD practices for data workflows to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
- Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence across the engineering department.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, software development, or related fields.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift), and orchestration tools (Airflow).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced team environment.
