- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput data integration pipelines for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Implement real-time streaming architectures using Apache Kafka to ensure low-latency data availability.
- Configure and optimize Change Data Capture (CDC) processes to bridge legacy SAP systems with modern data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data schema requirements and integration best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance, implementing proactive tuning for improved scalability.
- Develop automated testing and validation frameworks to ensure data integrity across multi-source environments.
- Document technical architecture and data flow diagrams to maintain system transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or systems integration.
- Expert-level proficiency with Apache Kafka and stream-processing frameworks.
- Proven hands-on experience integrating data from SAP ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) tools and techniques.
- Strong background in SQL, Python, and modern data processing libraries (e.g., Spark, Flink).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native data architectures and ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
