Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement organization-wide data protection policies and compliance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in data handling processes
- Drive stakeholder engagement through targeted training programs and awareness campaigns
- Oversee incident response protocols and manage data breach communications
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure adherence to PDPA, GDPR, and other applicable laws
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to embed privacy-by-design principles
- Report on data protection metrics and governance performance to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance roles
- In-depth knowledge of PDPA, GDPR, and other data protection regulations
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
- Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CISSP highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts
- Experience developing data protection management systems
