Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models for fraud detection and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover trends and patterns within large datasets.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and scalability in production environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and model performance to non-technical audiences effectively.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, natural language processing (NLP), and/or computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
