- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for financial forecasting, risk assessment, and customer analytics
- Analyze large-scale datasets using statistical methods to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time processing and analysis of financial transactions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science methodologies
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, NLP, and deep learning applications for finance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data science with focus on financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer analytics
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
