- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and anomaly detection in semiconductor manufacturing
- Analyze large-scale datasets using statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into product development workflows
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes for real-time analytics
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data science methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and semiconductor industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data science solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences
