Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy predictive analytics models to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes and improve yield rates.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers and product teams to define data requirements and solution architectures.
- Implement and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using modern cloud and big data technologies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in machine learning and software engineering.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Research and prototype new algorithms and AI techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) or R.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, regression analysis, and time-series forecasting.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of working in the semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or hardware industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
