- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects to address complex business challenges in financial regulation and policy
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, R, and big data technologies
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and data visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in data science methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles with proven project delivery
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in financial services or regulatory environments preferred
