Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy NLP-based models to extract insights from unstructured insurance documentation and claim reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support risk assessment and underwriting processes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical growth of the internal data analytics team.
- Clean, aggregate, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity for model training.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and Machine Learning to drive innovation within the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, with a specific focus on Insurance or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience in NLP libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a midshift schedule and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
