Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions supporting financial analytics
- Lead ETL/ELT processes for data integration from multiple transactional systems
- Optimize data models and warehouse performance for complex financial datasets
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and metadata documentation
- Support BI teams in building reporting dashboards and analytical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing with financial industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio)
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS)
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Data Warehouse)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization
- Understanding of financial data structures and regulatory requirements
